玉米籽粒呈色机理初探

【摘要】 [目的]初步探明玉米籽粒呈色机理。[方法]以含花青素基因C1的F5代株系及不同杂色玉米F2代为材料,进行考种和籽粒颜色观察,测定了籽粒和果皮花青素值,研究了不同pH提取液的色泽。[结果] F5代株系单穗重、粒重及100粒鲜重比京501大,籽粒有红、红黑和黑等色;F2代穗籽粒有红、红黑和白等色,红黑和红色籽粒花青素测定值比白色高;F5代株系籽粒花青素测定值比京501高;酸性条件下籽粒、果皮提取液颜色由浅红到紫红,碱性条件下提取液颜色由浅粉到黄绿。[结论]玉米籽粒呈现不同颜色与花青苷及pH有关。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To preliminarily explore the mechanism of color formation of maize kernels.[Method] The F5 lines containing anthocyanin gene C1 and F2 lines of Maize with different colors were tested and the colors of kernels were observed. The anthocyanin values of kernels and peels were determined and the colors of extracts with different pH values were studied. [Result] The plant weight per panicle,kernel weight and 100 fresh kernel weight of F5 lines were larger than those of Jing501,and the kernels colors of F5 lines were red,red-black and black. The kernels colors of F2 lines were red,redblack and white,and the anthocyanin values of red-black and red kernels were higher than white kernels.The anthocyanin content in F5 lines was higher than Jing501. [Conclusion] The different colors of maize kernels were related to anthocyanin and pH values.
