亚胺培南西司他丁骨水泥联合负压封闭引流技术治疗创伤后慢性骨髓炎的临床效果分析

【摘要】 目的:对比亚胺培南西司他丁骨水泥联合负压封闭引流技术和闭合灌洗引流技术治疗创伤后慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法:选取2013年7月至2018年6月期间60例创伤后慢性骨髓炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用亚胺培南西司他丁骨水泥联合负压封闭引流技术,对照组采用闭合灌洗引流技术。对两组的住院时间、手术次数、复发率进行统计分析。结果:观察组住院时间和手术次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:亚胺培南西司他丁骨水泥植入联合负压封闭引流术治疗创伤后骨髓炎的临床疗效显著,可明显缩短患者的住院时间,减少手术次数。

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of imipenem cilastatin cement combined with vacuum sealing drainage and closed lavage drainage in the treatment of post-traumatic chronic osteomyelitis. Methods: 60 patients with post-traumatic chronic osteomyelitis from July 2013 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with imipenem cilastatin bone cement combined with vacuum sealing drainage technology, while the control group was treated with closed lavage drainage technology. The hospitalization time, operation times and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results: The hospitalization time and operation times of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Imipenem cilastatin cement implantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of post-traumatic osteomyelitis, which can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the number of operations.
