【摘要】 目的:探讨莪术油注射液在流行性感冒(流感)样病例中的临床治疗效果。方法:65例流感样病例随机分为两组。莪术油注射液组33例在常规治疗的基础上给予莪术油注射液治疗,痰热清注射液组32例在常规治疗的基础上给予痰热清注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:莪术油注射液组治疗总有效率为97%,显著高于痰热清注射液组的85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);莪术油注射液组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽缓解时间、咽喉肿痛缓解时间均显著短于痰热清注射液组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);莪术油注射液组与痰热清注射液组的药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莪术油注射液治疗流感样病例效果理想,能提高临床治疗效果,改善患者症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of zedoary turmeric oil injection in influenza-like cases. Methods: 65 influenza-like cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-three patients in the zedoary turmeric oil injection group were treated with zedoary turmeric oil injection on the basis of routine treatment, and 32 patients in the Tanreqing injection group were treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of Zedoary Turmeric Oil Injection group was 97%, which was significantly higher than that of Tanreqing Injection group(85%, P<0.05); the time of body temperature recovery, cough relief and sore throat relief in Zedoary Turmeric Oil Injection group were significantly shorter than that in Tanreqing Injection group(P<0.05); the difference between Zedoary Turmeric Oil Injection group and Tanreqing Injection group was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05). Conclusions: Curcuma turmerica oil injection is effective for influenza-like cases, which can improve the clinical efficacy and symptoms of patients.更多还原
