一种新型减振器的结构设计及实验分析
Structure design and experiment analysis of a new type damper
【摘要】 将环境中的振动能量回收并利用这一科学研究工作,能源危机以来一直备受关注。运用压电陶瓷的压电效应来进行振动能量采集进而调节电流变弹性体减振装置的工作性能是实现半主动减振控制的一种可行方法。本文基于压电效应和电流变技术研制一款新型自供能减振器,并搭建试验台测试其相关振动实验特性,实验数据表明,自供能状态下,该减振器能有效改变结构阻尼.
【Abstract】 Energy crisis has been attracted many reseachers’ attention, how to recycle vibrational energy in the environment is a new strategic concept on development of green energy. Based on the piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting technology,a new type damper is designed and manufactured. Vibration responses characteristics of the damper are experimentally studied under different applied electric controls and excited amplitudes. Experimental results show that,under self-powered state,, can effectively change the structure of the shock absorber damping;
