【摘要】 目的对比阿昔莫司胶囊与血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型膏浊症的疗效差异。方法将60例气滞血瘀型膏浊症患者随机分为血府逐瘀组和阿昔莫司组,各30例,血府逐瘀组使用血府逐瘀汤治疗,阿昔莫司组使用阿昔莫司胶囊治疗,疗程8周,观察及对比2组各项血脂指标变化、降低血脂总疗效及改善中医证候总疗效。结果阿昔莫司组较血府逐瘀组能更显著降低高脂血症患者血浆TC、TG、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平,对于临床疗效、中医证候疗效的总有效率分别为86.67%和96.67%,且较血府逐瘀组指标值更优。结论阿昔莫司胶囊较血府逐瘀汤对气滞血瘀型膏浊症有更好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of acipimox and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating Gaozhuo syndrome caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods 60 cases of Gaozhuo syndrome with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into Xuefu Zhuyu group and acipimox group, with 30 cases in each group. Xuefu zhuyu decoction was used in the Xuefu Zhuyu group and acipimox was used in the acipimox group for 8 weeks. The changes of blood lipid indexes between the two groups, reduce the total curative effect of blood lipid and improve the total curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was observed and compared. Results Acipimox can more significantly reduce Gaozhuo syndrome patients serum TC, TG, LDL-C level, elevated levels of HDL-C, the total effective rate of TCM symptoms curative effect were 86.67% and 96.67% respectively, and of better parameter values in the therapeutic group. Conclusion Acipimox has better curative effect than Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating Gaozhuo syndrome with qi stagnation and blood stasis.更多还原
