自拟中药面膜治疗面部敏感性皮肤临床观察

【摘要】 目的探讨自拟中药面膜治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月诊疗的面部敏感性皮肤患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组患者给予蒸馏水冷喷治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟中药面膜,对比2组患者临床治疗效果及皮肤屏障功能参数。结果 2组总有效率对比,对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗1个月后,对照组经皮水分丢失(TEWL)高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论自拟中药面膜应用于面部敏感性皮肤治疗能够提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,促进疾病康复。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine mask in the treatment of facial sensitive skin. Methods 60 patients with facial sensitive skin diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with distilled water cooling spray,and the patients in the observation group were treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine mask on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effects and the parameters of skin barrier function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and the difference is statistically significant( P <0. 05). One month after treatment,the TEWL in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The application of self-made traditional Chinese medicine mask in facial sensitive skin therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect and clinical symptoms,and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
