【摘要】 目的探讨运用艾附暖宫丸治疗以虚、寒、郁为主要证型的习惯性流产。方法以虚、寒、郁为习惯性流产主要病机,气机郁滞、胞宫虚寒为主要证型,治疗以温、通、补兼施,暖宫养血、补肾健脾以治本,理气、止血以治标。结果以此方法为治疗达到了调补冲任,固胎养胎之效。结论艾附暖宫丸具有暖宫理气、养血调经之功,临证运用艾附暖宫丸加减治疗习惯性流产,取得了满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Aifu Nuangong pills in the treatment of the main pathogenesis of habitual abortion with deficiency,cold and depression. Methods The main pathogenesis of habitual abortion is deficiency,cold and depression,qi stagnation,uterine deficiency and cold as the main type of syndrome,treat with worming,dredging,tonifying method,warming uterus nourishing blood,tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen to apermanent cure,regulating qi-flowing and hemostasis to a palliative. Results This method reach the adjustment of the effect of Chong vessel and Ren vessel for a fetus. Conclusions Aifu Nuangong pills warm uterus regulating qiflowing,nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. The use of Aifu Nuangong pills in the treatment of reducing the pro-syndrome habitual abortion,and has achieved satisfactory results.更多还原
