【摘要】 目的探讨益胃汤联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法随机选取2011年6月—2017年6月就诊的82例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组41例,对照组给予四联疗法,观察组给予四联疗法联合益胃汤。观察比较2组患者临床疗效,并观察其治疗期间有无发生不良反应事件。结果观察组患者总有效率、Hp根除率均高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,2组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低,观察组降低程度高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率(12. 20%)低于对照组(29. 27%)(χ2=3. 636,P=0. 047)。结论益胃汤联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiwei decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 82 Hp positive peptic ulcer patients in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given quadruple therapy. The observation group was given quadruple therapy combined with Yiwei decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared,and whether there were adverse events during the treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group( 12. 20%) was significantly lower than that in the control group( 29. 27%)( χ2= 3. 636,P = 0. 047).
