ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸在幽门螺杆菌根除中的应用
Application of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori
【摘要】 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H. pylori)是可定植在胃内的一种长期慢性感染致病菌。随着抗生素耐药性的增加,幽门螺杆菌根除率逐年下降。ω-3型多不饱和脂肪酸可通过破坏幽门螺杆菌细胞膜结构使其内容物渗漏等途径而达到了较好的杀菌作用,且不易对其产生耐药,这为目前幽门螺杆菌的防治提供了一种新的思路。本文就其抗幽门螺杆菌的效果的国内外最新研究做一综述。
【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori( H. pylori) is a kind of long-term and chronic infection pathogen which can be colonized in the stomach. With the increase of antibiotic resistance,the eradication rate of H. pylori is decreasing year by year. ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have a good bactericidal effect by destroying the membrane structure of H. pylori and making the leakage of its contents,and it is not easy to develop drug resistance to it,which provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of H. pylori. This paper reviews the latest studies on the anti-H. pylori effects of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
