【摘要】 目的调查分析医院实施重点监控管理前后临床辅助用药使用的情况,了解加强管理后的效果,促进临床合理用药。方法依据该院《辅助用药目录》,对目录药品进行分类,统计2016年10—12月和2017年10—12月药占比、辅助用药销售金额及所占药品总收入比例,对使用金额前5名的科室和排名前10的药品进行汇总分析,比较实施重点监控管理前后的变化。结果实施重点监控管理前辅助用药销售金额887万余元,全院药占比34.18%,销售金额最高的药品是注射用骨肽;实施重点监控管理后辅助用药销售金额351万余元,全院药占比30.77%,销售金额最高的药品是注射用奥美拉唑。结论该院重点监控管理取得了一定成效,但仍需通过加强药事管理工作,建立更灵活科学的重点药品监控辅助用药目录和合理性评价标准,进一步促进辅助用药的合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and analyze a hospital before and after the implementation of key monitoring management of clinical use of auxiliary drugs,understand the effect of strengthening management,and promote clinical rational drug use.Method:The authors,according to the "list of auxiliary drugs" of the hospital,classified the catalog drugs,counted the proportion of drugs in October-December,2016 and October-December,2017,the sales amount of auxiliary drugs and the proportion of total revenue of drugs,summarized and analyzed the top 5 departments and the top 10 drugs,and compared the changes before and after the implementation of key monitoring and management.Result:Before the implementation of key monitoring and management,the sales amount of auxiliary drugs was more than 8.87 million yuan,accounting for 34.18% of the total drug sales.The drug with the highest sales amount was bone peptide for injection.After the implementation of key monitoring,the sales amount of auxiliary drugs was more than 3.51 million yuan,accounting for 30.77% of the drugs in the hospital.The drug with the highest sales amount was prazole for injection.Conclusion:The key monitoring and management of the hospital has achieved certain results,but it still needs to strengthen the management of pharmaceutical matters,establish a more flexible and scientific list of key drugs for monitoring and auxiliary drugs and evaluation criteria for rationality,and further promote the rational use of auxiliary drugs.更多还原
