【摘要】 目的了解云南省市、县级医院不孕不育诊疗相关卫生服务资源及服务能力现状,为下一步不孕不育专科联盟医院间开展合作提供科学依据。方法对云南省25家市、县级医院不孕不育服务资源及能力进行断面问卷调查,并从科室设置、人员情况、技术能力、设备药品等方面进行统计描述。结果 25家市、县级医院均能够接诊女性不孕患者,17家医院能够接诊男性不育患者,9家医院(36.0%)开设了不孕不育专科门诊。50%以上的医院可以提供基本不孕不育诊治服务。结论 25家市、县级被调查医院不孕不育相关卫生资源配置总体不足,且发展水平不平衡,但具备一定的开展不孕不育诊疗服务的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the status quo of health service resources and service capabilities related to infertility diagnosis and treatment in Yunnan provincial and county-level hospitals so as to provide scientific basis for further cooperation among special infertility alliance hospitals.Method:The infertility service resources and capacity of 25 city-level and county-level hospitals in Yunnan Province were investigated by cross section questionnaire.Result:25 city-level and county-level hospitals have been able to receive female infertility patients,17 hospitals have been able to receive male infertility patients,and 9 hospitals(36.0%) have opened infertility clinics.More than 50% of hospitals can provide basic infertility diagnosis and treatment services.Conclusion:The surveyed hospitals in 25 cities and counties are generally deficient in the allocation of infertility related health resources,and their development level is not balance.However,they are capable of providing infertility diagnosis and treatment services in some degree.更多还原
