【摘要】 目的:探究地诺前列酮栓对妊娠晚期引产的成功率以及并发症的影响。方法:104例妊娠晚期引产的孕产妇依据随机数表法分为两组,每组52例。对照组给予催产素引产,观察组接受地诺前列酮栓引产,分析两组引产成功率、宫颈成熟度、并发症。结果:观察组孕产妇的引产成功率96.2%,高于对照组的82.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Bishop评分(9.3±1.4)分,高于对照组的(7.4±1.1)分(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率3.85%低于对照组的17.3%(P<0.05)。结论:地诺前列酮栓可有效促进妊娠晚期产妇引产成功,降低并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of dinoprostone suppository on the success rate and complications of induced labor in late pregnancy. Methods: 104 pregnant women were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table, 52 cases in each group. The control group was induced by oxytocin, the observation group was induced by dinoprostone suppository, and the success rate, cervical maturity and complications were analyzed. Results: The success rate of induction of labor in the observation group was 96.2%, higher than 82.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of bishop in the observation group(9.3±1.4)was higher than(7.4±1.1)in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.85%, lower than 17.3% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dinoprostone suppository can effectively promote the success of induction of labor and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
