【摘要】 目的:观察加味柴芍六君方对胃癌前病变胃粘膜组织中的抑癌及促凋亡相关基因Syk、Survivin、突变型p53等表达的影响。方法:应用免疫组化S-P检测方法对120例胃癌前病变大鼠模型分组进行胃黏膜组织中的抑癌及促凋亡相关基因检测。结果:中药组在提升Syk的表达、下调Survivin、突变型p53表达显著(P<0.01);胃复春组对Syk表达相关性不显著(P>0.05),而对Survivin、突变型p53表达加大(P<0.05)。结论:加味柴芍六君方能提升Syk、下调Survivin、突变型p53表达,对防治胃癌前变有明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the inhibition effect of modified chaishao liujun decoction on the expressions of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and the expression of such related pro-apoptotic genes as syk, survivin and mutant p53. Methods: immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the inhibition of cancer and pro-apoptotic genes in gastric mucosa of 120 rats with precancerous lesions. Results: The expression of Syk, down-regulated Survivin and mutant p53 in the model control group were significantly increased(P<0.01), while the expressions of Syk and Survivin in the weifuchun group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was not significantly correlated(P>0.05), but the experession increased only in mutant p53(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified chaishao liujun prescription can increase the expressions of Syk, down-regulated Survivin and mutant p53, which have obvious effect on preventing and treating precancerous gastric cancer.更多还原
