【摘要】 目的:探讨高血脂采用血常规检查中乳糜血对生化指标和血常规指标的影响。方法:选择我院高血脂患者40例作为A组,在同时间段内选择我院健康体检人40例作为B组,入选者均采取血常规检查,比较两组血常规指标和生化指标。结果:A组和B组平均红细胞体积、红细胞比积、红细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组血红蛋白浓度、血小板计数、白细胞计数相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组葡萄糖水平、总胆红素水平、丙氨酸转氨酶水平高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组尿素氮水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论:在高血脂患者进行血常规检验过程中,因乳糜血会对检验结果造成一定的影响,因此,在高血脂进行检验时若存在乳糜血症状应该先对高血脂患者进行处理,这样才能够保障检验的准确性,为患者的治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of chylaemia on biochemical parameters and blood routine indicators in blood lipid examination. Methods: 40 patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital were selected as group A, and another 40 healthy subjects in the same period under PE in our hospital were selected as group B. All patients selected underwent blood routine examination. The blood routine and biochemical indicators of both groups were compared. Results: There were no differences in mean red blood cell volume, hematocrit and red blood cell count between both groups(P>0.05). But there were significant differences in hemoglobin concentration, platelet count and white blood cell count between the both groups(P<0.05). The glucose level, total bilirubin level and alanine aminotransferase level in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05). There was no difference in urea nitrogen level between the two groups. Conclusion: Patients with hyperlipidemia should be treated first if chylous blood symptoms exist during the examination of hyperlipidemia. In this way, the accuracy of the test can be guaranteed and the basis for the treatment of patients can be provided.更多还原
