【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者血清D-二聚体、胆红素水平的临床意义。方法:选择我院112例2型糖尿病肾病患者(糖尿病肾病组),50例单纯糖尿病患者(单纯糖尿病组),50例健康志愿者(对照组),测定血清D-二聚体、胆红素、肾功能指标。结果:3组的血清D-二聚体、胆红素、肾功能指标比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。临床糖尿病肾病组的血清D-二聚体较早期糖尿病肾病组高,其总胆红素、直接胆红素较早期糖尿病肾病组低,P均<0.05。血清D-二聚体、总胆红素、直接胆红素与肾损伤程度的相关性强,血肌酐、尿素氮与肾损伤程度的相关性中等。结论:血清D-二聚体、胆红素与糖尿病肾病密切相关,可灵敏反映糖尿病早期肾损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum D-dimer and bilirubin levels in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 112 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(diabetic nephropathy group), 50 patients with simple diabetes mellitus(simple diabetes group)and 50 healthy volunteers(control group)were selected to measure their serum D-dimer, bilirubin and renal function indexes. Results: There were significant differences in serum D-dimer, bilirubin and renal function indexes among the three groups(P<0.05). The serum D-dimer of the clinical diabetic nephropathy group was higher than that of early diabetic nephropathy group, while its total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were lower than those of early diabetic nephropathy group(P<0.05). Serum D-dimer, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin had a strong correlation with the degree of renal injury, while serum creatinine, urea nitrogen have a moderate correlation with the degree of renal injury. Conclusion: Serum D-dimer and bilirubin are closely related to diabetic nephropathy, which can sensitively reflect the early renal injury of diabetes.更多还原
