基于DMA方法的沥青类材料相态转变温度研究
Study on Phase Transition Temperature of Asphalt Materials Based on DMA Method
【摘要】 为了研究沥青类材料(包括沥青、沥青胶浆及沥青混合料等)的相态转变温度T_p的特性及其内在关系,选择2种不同特性的沥青并制备了其各自对应的不同粉胶比的沥青胶浆及不同级配的沥青混合料,采用动态力学分析(DMA)方法在相同的试件尺寸及相似的温度扫描模式下测试了每一类材料的T_p;进而对27种不同沥青、不同级配及不同油石比的AC5型沥青混合料的T_p采用标准方法进行了测试比较。结果表明:选择损耗模量峰值点对应的温度作为T_p可以有效地将3种沥青材料进行对比,沥青及沥青胶浆的T_p为负值,而沥青混合料的T_p变为正值;沥青性质是影响沥青类材料T_p的主要因素,相同沥青的3种沥青类材料具有很好的相关性;粉胶比对于沥青胶浆以及级配对于沥青混合料同样产生影响,随着粉胶比的增加,沥青胶浆的T_p逐渐增加,随着细集料的增加,沥青混合料的T_p逐渐降低;AC5型沥青混合料中,油石比及级配同样对T_p产生不同影响,橡胶沥青混合料AR的T_p更低,说明其具有更好的低温性能。采用DMA方法测试T_p可以为评价沥青类材料的低温特性提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 To study the properties of phase transition temperature T_p of asphalt materials(including asphalt, asphalt mastic and asphalt mixture, etc.) and their correlations, selecting 2 kinds of asphalt with different properties, their mastics corresponding to different filler-asphalt ratios and their asphalt mixtures with different gradations are prepared. The T_ps of different materials with same sample size are measured by using dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) method and similar temperature scanning modes. Then, The T_ps of 27 kinds of AC5 type asphalt mixture with different asphalts, gradations, and asphalt-aggregate ratios are measured and compared by standard method. The result indicates that(1) The temperature at peak of loss modulus can be used as T_p and it can better make a comparison of all the 3 asphalt materials. The T_ps of asphalt and asphalt mastic are negative, while that of mixture turns positive.(2) Asphalt property plays the key role in the T_p of asphalt material, and there are good correlations between 3 types of asphalt material and the same asphalt.(3) Filler-asphalt ratio and gradation type also affect the mastic and the mixture respectively. T_p of mastic increases with the growing of filler-asphalt ratio, while T_p of mixture has a downward trend with more fine aggregates.(4) As for AC5 type mixtures, asphalt-aggregate ratio and gradation also have different impacts on T_p. The asphalt rubber mixture AR owns a lower T_p, which indicates it has a better low-temperature performance. The T_p measured by DMA method can be used to provide a reference in evaluating the low-temperature characteristics of asphalt materials.
