考虑递进发展的我国农业机械化效率评估——基于Bootstrapped修正的三阶段DEA模型
Evaluation of agricultural mechanization efficiency in China considering progressive development: Three-stage DEA model with Bootstrapped modifications
【摘要】 农业机械化是调整农业生产方式、提升农村生产力的重要基础,是实现农业高质高效发展的关键支撑。本文基于递进发展视角,分析2016年我国31个地区的农机发展情况,并对农机化效率进行测度评估。研究表明,我国农机化转型存在显著的递进发展现象,农机普及率与农机化效率呈正相关,扎实的建设基础助推农机产业高效发展;农业产值的提升对农机化效率起正向推动作用;但技术资源的冗余和低效使用引起农机化效率的下降。我国整体农机化效率仅0.35,农机化发展之路仍任重而道远。
【Abstract】 Agricultural mechanization is an important basis for adjusting agricultural production mode and improving rural productivity, as well as a key support for realizing high-quality and efficient agricultural development. Based on the perspective of progressive development, this paper analyzes the development of agricultural machinery in 31 regions of China in 2016, and measures the agricultural mechanization efficiency. Research shows that there is a significant progressive development phenomenon in the transformation of agricultural mechanization in China. The penetration rate of agricultural mechanization is positively correlated with the efficiency of agricultural mechanization, and solid construction foundation promotes the efficient development of agricultural machinery industry. The increase of agricultural output value plays a positive role in promoting agricultural mechanization efficiency. However, the redundant and inefficient use of technical resources leads to the decline of agricultural mechanization efficiency. The overall efficiency of agricultural mechanization in China is only 0.35, and the development of agricultural mechanization still has a long way to go.
