【摘要】 为了提高急诊创伤患者救治质量,我院2015年成立了院内创伤管理团队,包括创伤团队急救小组、创伤团队质量控制小组、创伤团队培训小组和创伤团队机动小组4个小组,依功能进行分组培训。经过2年的实践,明确了团队中各小组的管理职责、工作内容和主要任务,培训了创伤成员的专科能力与质量管理意识,提高了创伤团队的专科知识水平和处理应急事件的能力,规范了创伤患者救治专业化,提高了医院满意度,提升了创伤团队的整体素质,提高了创伤患者救治质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the quality of emergency treatment for trauma patients, the In-Hospital Trauma Management Team was established in 2015, and it included four sub-groups, emergency treatment group, quality control group, training group and mobile group, and the group-training were carried out according to their different functions. The management responsibilities, job contents and main tasks of each team are clarified, the professional ability and quality management awareness of trauma members are trained, the level of trauma knowledge and the ability of emergency response of the members were improved, the treatment process of trauma patients was standardized, and the patient satisfaction, the overall professional quality of members, and the quality of treatment for trauma patients were improved after 2 years of practice.更多还原
