响应面优化提取黄山猕猴桃多酚工艺研究

【摘要】 利用响应面法研究提取猕猴桃(Actinidia Chinensis Planchon)中多酚的最佳工艺条件.首先通过单因素实验确定影响因素和水平,其次采用三因素三水平进行响应面分析,最后根据回归分析确定最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇体积分数为64%、提取时间25 min,液料比4:1 mL/g.经验证,实际测定黄山猕猴桃多酚的提取率为6.40 mg/g,与数学模型预测值6.42 mg/g相符.

【Abstract】 Using the response surface analysis, this paper studied the best technique to extract polyphenols from the kiwifruit. The experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by one-factor test, then the method of response surface analysis with three factors and three levels was adopted, and then the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction technique of polyphenols from the kiwifruit were:volume fraction of ethanol was 64%,extraction time was 25 min,ratio of solution and material was 4∶1 mL/g. It is verified that actual measured extraction rate is 6.40 mg/g which accords with the forecasted extraction of 6.42 mg/g.
