基于立体实践教学体系的高素质创新人才培养探索与实践

【摘要】 高等教育的根本任务是培养人才,而本科教育在高素质人才培养中占据基础和主体地位。针对培养能支撑和引领未来发展的高素质人才目标,以完善实践教学体系和优化实践环节为重点和突破口,通过推行本科生导师机制、运用灵活多样的培养方法、搭建立体式实践教学体系、改革培养方案与课程体系和考核方式等探索与实践,逐步构建以学生为中心的高素质创新人才培养模式。其中,凸显学生主体性、突出创新思维能力培养、重视实践实验环节、尊重个性差异和自身价值实现、注重课程体系改革实效等。近几年探索与实践所取得的阶段性成果表明:该人才培养模式可有效激发学生自主学习意识和积极性,切实提升学生综合实践能力,提高人才培养质量,促进学生全面发展。

【Abstract】 The fundamental task of higher education is to cultivate talents, and the undergraduate education occupies a foundation and a dominant position in the cultivation of high-quality talents.Focusing on the goal of cultivating high-quality talents that can support and lead the future development, we are establishing a student-centered high-quality innovative talent training model with the focal point of improving the practical teaching system and the breakthrough of optimizing the practice compositions,by the explore and practice in certain aspects of practicing undergraduate tutors system, flexible and diverse training methods, construction of stereoscopic practical teaching system, and reform of curriculum system and assessment methods, and so on. It highlights the subjectivity of students, emphasizes the ability to cultivate innovative thinking, attaches importance to practical experiment links, respects individual differences and realization of their own values, and pays attention to the effectiveness of curriculum system reform. The staged achievements in exploration and practice in recent years demonstrate that the talent training model can effectively stimulate students’ self-directed learning awareness and enthusiasm, effectively improve students’ comprehensive practical ability, improve the quality of talent training, and promote students’ all-round development.
