OBE人才培养体系中校企联合评价模型的建立

【摘要】 基于学习产出的教育模式OBE(Outcome-Based Education),被认定为当前大学本科专业认证标准的核心内涵。文章建立了一种以企业需求为目标的评价模型,用于评价学生对企业相关知识的掌握程度,并以机电一体化实训成绩为例,通过R语言的因子旋转法分析主因子代表的意义,寻找学生擅长的专业技能,为企业提供对口人才,高校也可以据此修订人才培养方案,实现OBE的教育模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Outcome-Based Education(OBE) is recognized as the core standard for the certificating undergraduate professionals currently. This paper establishes an evaluation model which aims at the needs of enterprises to evaluate the enterprise-relevant knowledge mastered by college students. Taking the course electromechanical integration training as an example, the Factor Rotation Method, programmed in R language, is used to analyze the representation of main factor, to find the professional skills students are good at, so as to provide counterparts for enterprises. According to the result, colleges can modify the talent training program to realize OBE model.更多还原
