成果导向教育视域下地方高校培养国际化人才的研究与实践——以德州学院为例

【摘要】 培养具有世界眼光、民族情怀的国际化人才是地方本科高校适应新时代国家全面开放战略和"一带一路"行动的重要选择。地方本科高校培养国际化人才,要以成果导向教育理念为引领,充分发挥大学英语课程的作用,规划设计国际化人才的成果和目标,整合课程设置,反向设计教学过程,创新教学模式,打造师资队伍,完善评价机制,持续改进教学质量,不断完善国际化人才培养体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating international talents with world vision and national sentiment is an important choice for local undergraduate colleges to adapt to the country’s comprehensive opening strategy and the "Belt and Road" Initiative in the new era. The cultivation of international talents for local undergraduate universities should be guided by the concept of Outcomes-based Education. Meanwhile,these local undergraduate universities should give full play to the role of college English courses, delicately design the achievements and goals of international talents, integrate curriculum design, reverse design teaching process, innovate teaching models, cultivate the faculty, prefect the evaluation mechanism, continuously improve the quality of teaching, and constantly improve the international talent training system.更多还原
