【Abstract】 The core of OBE is based on the expected results of student learning, emphasizing the learning effect of students, that is, output-based learning. Based on the description of the basic concept of OBE, this study explores the training program and mode of engineering practice ability of college students based on the OBE concept under the professional direction of fiber optic cable for inorganic non-metallic materials engineering in Harbin University of Science and Technology. Based on the OBE, the teaching objectives and results optimization design process, the OBE characteristic training program and curriculum system are discussed, the innovation of "seven dimensions" three-dimensional teaching process quality monitoring system is expounded, and the evaluation results of students’ learning effectiveness are analyzed.更多还原
