基于国际工程教育视域的新工科人才培养模式研究
【摘要】 基于我国教育部新工科建设的要求共识和加快建设高水平本科教育的指导意见,以国际工程教育认证体系标准为指导,探索工程教育视域人才培养的发展目标及发展模式。新工科发展要求实现伟大工程技术人才的培养,将视域拓展及综合资源多方位耦合,将工科人才培养的程度要求与质量保障耦合关联,将国际工程教育认证毕业要求的视域拓展,资源综合发展、交互利用,从微观到宏观,突破传统教育壁垒,以多元融合、特色创新为先导,建设具有国际视域的工科人才培养发展模式,完善工科人才"创意-创新-创业"教育体系。
【Abstract】 Based on the standards of international engineering education certification system and the consensus of new engineering disciplines proposed by the Ministry of Education in China, the development goals and modes of talent cultivation in field of engineering education was put forward. International perspective expansion and comprehensive resources, requirements for the training of engineering talents and quality assurance should be coupled in this educational mode. Comprehensive development and utilization the graduation requirements for international engineering education accreditation and resources, and perfecting the education system of "creative innovation entrepreneurship" for engineering talents.
