【摘要】 E航海是未来航运安全保障体系建设的新标准,代表了船舶航行安全和助导航领域的发展新方向.在E航海框架下,国外一些航海强国正在积极发展E航海的概念和相关应用,这些研究采用不同的技术、针对不同的应用均取得了较为理想的效果,其成功的经验和案例对于我国E航海战略的发展具有较强的借鉴意义.在详细分析国外E航海在工程实践和理论研究经验的基础上,提出了这些经验对我国E航海战略发展的启示,为我国E航海工程建设和发展战略提供参考意见.更多还原

【Abstract】 E-Navigation is a new standard for the construction of future shipping safety guarantee system,and represents a new direction of development in the field of navigation aids. Under the E-navigation framework,some overseas maritime developed countries are actively developing the concept of E-navigation and related applications. These studies have achieved ideal results with different technologies and different applications. Their successful experiences and cases have a strong reference for the development of China’s E-navigation strategy. Based on a detailed analysis of the experience of the international E-navigation in engineering practice and theoretical research,the enlightenment of these experiences on the development of China’s E-navigation strategy was puts forward,which will provide reference for China’s E-navigation project construction and development strategy.更多还原
