【摘要】 本文通过构建决策能力、知识管理和劳动关系之间的关系模型,对收集的259份有效问卷运用SPSS和LISREL软件进行实证分析。研究结果表明,决策能力对知识管理和劳动关系都具有显著的影响作用,而知识管理中的知识整合对劳动关系的直接影响不显著。本文为外资企业通过提高决策能力与知识管理能力构建和谐劳动关系提供了新的证据和研究启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 By constructing the model of the relationship between Real options,knowledge management and foreign capital enterprise labor relations,using the software of SPSS and LISREL to analysis the empirical 259 valid questionnaires.The results show that options have a significant impact on knowledge management and foreign capital enterprise labor relations.Knowledge management in knowledge integration on the direct impact of the labor relations is not significantly.This is to provide new evidence and revelation to development of foreign capital enterprise labor relations by improving the knowledge management and options for Chinese enterprises.更多还原
