考虑碳排放多任务的多式联运路径优化模型与算法

【摘要】 为了提高多式联运的运输效率,降低碳排放,本文对考虑碳排放的多个运输任务的路径和运输方式的综合优化模型和方法进行了系统研究。本文从多式联运经营人的角度,建立考虑碳排放的多任务多式联运路径综合优化模型;设计变长符号编码机制的文化基因算法;通过设计算例并求解,发现整合后的总费用下降3.47%,证明了模型与算法的有效性;针对问题特点,提出多任务间的路径节点和运输方式整合策略。研究发现通过调整碳税的征收方案,可以引导多式经营人调整运输方案,减少二氧化碳的排放。

【Abstract】 To improve the efficiency of multi-modal transportation and reduce carbon emissions,the paper systematically studies the comprehensive optimization model and method of the path and transportation mode of multiple transportation tasks consi-dering carbon emissions.Firstly,from the perspective of multi-modal transport operators,a multi-modal transportation path integrated optimization model is established,with multiple tasks,considering carbon emissions.Secondly,according to the features of the problem,considering the integration of paths and transportation modes among multiple tasks,the path integration strategy is proposed and the cultural genetic algorithm of variable length symbol coding mechanism is designed.Finally,designing the example and solving it,it is found that the total cost after path integration is reduced by 3.47%,which proves the validity of the model and algorithm.The study shows that by adjusting the carbon tax collection program,multi-operators can be guided to adjust transportation plans and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
