【摘要】 长期以来,矿区居民的土地承包经营权及生态环境权在资源开采活动中并未得到有力保障。研究针对陕北油气矿区收集323份调研问卷,利用CVM法和Logit模型对矿区居民土地流转与生态环境受偿意愿及其影响因素展开研究。结论显示:两类受偿意愿额度分别为1000-1500元/年/人和1500-2000元/年/人,年龄、健康、收入、教育等因素均产生显著影响,且不同特征群体对于补偿标准及方式存在异质性偏好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The land rights and ecological rights in mining area have not been guaranteed. The research collected323 questionnaires from mining areas in northern Shaanxi,and used the CVM method and logit models to study the land transfer and ecological environment,while further analyzing the mechanism of compensation standard and mode. The study shows that the willingness to acceptation of land is 1000-1500 Yuan per year and 1500-2000 Yuan per year. Age,health,income,education and other factors have significant impact.
