【摘要】 高校学前教育专业学生是走上幼儿园教师岗位的预备军,对其教师信念的研究有助于从高校角度去干预学生教师信念的培养。本研究通过对高校学前教育专业学生发放教师信念调查问卷,发现学前教育专业学生教师信念总体呈现进步主义教育取向,这与专业学习和教育实习密切相关。从新课程改革和阿伦特的行动理论讨论了学生教师信念的转变。提出丰富情景以培养反思性幼儿园教师和注重提高教育实习质量的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 College pre-school education students are the reserve army for kindergarten teachers. The study of their teachers’ beliefs helps to intervene the cultivation of students’ teachers’ beliefs from the perspective of colleges and universities. In this study, through the questionnaire survey of teachers’ beliefs in pre-school education students, it is found that the preschool education students’ teachers’ beliefs generally show progressive education orientation, which is closely related to professional study and educational practice. From the new curriculum reform and Arendt’s action theory to discuss the transformation of student teacher beliefs. Suggested rich scenarios to train reflective kindergarten teachers and recommendations to improve the quality of educational practice.更多还原
