【摘要】 崇明岛是世界上最大的河口冲积岛,也是中国第三大岛,占上海陆域面积的1/5左右,是上海重要的生态屏障,对长三角地区更高质量一体化发展和长江经济带共抓生态大保护国家战略的实施具有重大的意义。《崇明世界级生态岛发展"十三五"规划(2016)》提出了以更高标准、更开阔视野、更高水平和质量推进崇明生态岛建设的任务与举措。本文在对标国际生态岛(区)规划建设经验的基础上,结合"生态文明建设"与"绿色发展"理论与实践的要求,对"生态岛""生态规划与建设"等相关概念及内涵进行了阐释,提出了崇明世界级生态岛建设的路径与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chongming Island is the largest estuary alluvial island in the world and the third largest island in China, accounting for nearly one-fifth of Shanghai’s land area. It is an important ecological barrier of Shanghai, which is of great significance to the implementation of the national strategy of ecological protection in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The"13th Five-Year Plan"of Chongming World Class Ecological Island Development(2016) proposed the tasks and measures to promote the construction of Chongming Ecological Island with higher standards, wider vision, higher levels and quality. Based on the experience of planning and construction of international ecological island area, this paper combines the theory and practice of ecological civilization construction and green development. The related concepts and connotations of ecological island and ecological planning and construction are explained, and the path and countermeasures of Chongming world-class ecological island construction are put forward.更多还原
