肠类器官研究与传统形态学教学相结合的刍议
A brief discussion on the combination of intestinal organoid research and traditional morphology teaching
【摘要】 近年来类器官技术获得突破,得以在生物医学基础科研和临床前实践中广泛应用,但目前在我校传统的形态学相关的教学中还未涉及相关内容。我们结合自己的科研优势,将肠类器官的模型和相关的研究进展融入本科生科研实践和第二课堂活动中,帮助学生理解组织器官发育和急性放射病模型,激发了学生的学习兴趣,促进了科研和教学工作的有机融合;同时为将类器官相关内容添加入传统的细胞生物学和组织胚胎学等相关教材提供了初步的依据。
【Abstract】 In recent years, breakthroughs have been made in the organoid technology, which has been widely used in basic medical research and preclinical practices. However, there was no relevant introduction in the traditional morphological teaching in our university at present. Thus combining our own scientific research advantages, we integrated the intestinal organoid model and its related research progress into scientific research practical training and second classroom for undergraduate, helping students understand organ development and acute radiation disease models. This reform stimulated students’ interest in learning and promoted the integration of scientific research and teaching, as well as provided a preliminary basis for adding organoid-related contents to the traditional courses such as cell biology and histo-embryology.
