【Abstract】 The geopolitical environment in Northeast Asia is undergoing historic changes,providing a new strategic opportunity for the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative in the region.Achieving peace on the peninsula and implementing the systematic linkage of their infrastructures by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea is the primary prerequisite for this strategic opportunity.The full opening of the Russian Far East will provide a new space for the Belt and Road Initiative.The speedy signing of the China-Japan-South Korea Free Trade Agreement will lay the foundation for the new cooperation mechanism among the six countries.As a result,Northeast China will become the core area of the Belt and Road Initiative in Northeast Asia due to the revitalization plan.The United States will have to reconsider its strategic intent in Northeast Asia.更多还原
