Zr(HPO4)2/浇铸尼龙6复合材料的制备及结晶性能
Preparation and Crystallization Properties of Zr(HPO4)2/MCPA6 Composites
【摘要】 采用原位聚合法制备磷酸氢锆/浇铸尼龙6(Zr(HPO4)2/MCPA6)复合材料。X射线衍射和差示扫描量热研究表明,当Zr(HPO4)2的质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的结晶度由纯MCPA6的15.1%增加到22.2%,少量的Zr(HPO4)2对复合材料能起到结晶成核剂的作用,诱导γ(200)晶型的产生;偏光显微镜对复合材料等温结晶的观察进一步验证了上述对复合材料结晶度表征的结果。摆锤冲击试验和热重分析显示,随着Zr(HPO4)2的加入,复合材料的冲击强度和热稳定性有所增加。
【Abstract】 The Zr(HPO4)2/MCPA6 composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The results of XRD and differential scanning calorimeter show that when the mass fraction of Zr(HPO4)2 is 1.5%, the crystallinity of the composites increases from 15.1% of pure MCPA6 to 22.2%, a little amount of Zr(HPO4)2 can play the role of crystallization nucleating agent and induce the production of γ(200) crystal; the observation of isothermal crystallization of composites by polarizing microscope further verifies the above results of crystallinity characterization of the composites. The pendulum impact test and thermogravimetric analysis show that the impact strength and thermal stability of the composites increase with the addition of Zr(HPO4)2 into the matrix.
