【Abstract】 Under the background of "Internet + ", the trend of e-commerce mainstreaming is increasingly obvious. E-commerce in helping poverty alleviation has become the new path in overcoming poverty. Heilongjiang provincial government actively responds to the central poverty alleviation policy, vigorously support the development of rural e-commerce, and at an amazing rate of development.
