【Abstract】 During his recent visit to the three northeastern provinces, general secretary xi jinping presided over a symposium on furthering the revitalization of northeast China and made important instructions and speeches. He stressed that the revitalization of northeast China should be carried out with a new look,new responsibilities and new approaches. We will make comprehensive arrangements for northeast China’s economic development, social progress and ecological progress.Northeast China is an important industrial and agricultural base of China, which is related to the overall situation of national development. We will put quality first and efficiency first, focus on supply-side structural reform, and accelerate the building of a modern economic system featuring coordinated development of the real economy, scientific and technological innovation, modern finance and human resources. We will pay greater attention to social development and improve people’s wellbeing. We will unswervingly protect and restore the ecological environment and consolidate and enhance the advantages of green development.
