PFI磨打浆间隙对纤维性能的影响
Effect on the Fiber Properties of PFI Beating Gap
【摘要】 采用三种打浆间隙(0间隙、0.2 mm间隙、No gap间隙)对针叶木浆和阔叶木浆分别打浆,分析了三种打浆间隙对针叶木浆和阔叶木浆性能的影响。结果表明,No gap间隙的打浆效率最高;打浆间隙对于针叶木浆纤维形态的影响较小,对于阔叶木浆有比较明显的影响,即三种打浆间隙的影响顺序为No gap间隙>0间隙>0.2 mm间隙;打浆间隙对于针叶木浆打浆后成纸的物理性能影响较小,对于阔叶木影响较大。在No gap间隙下打浆,阔叶木浆成纸具有较低的不透明度、较高的紧度、较高的抗张强度。
【Abstract】 Three beating gaps(0 gap, 0.2 mm gap, no gap) were used during the PFI beating processes of softwood pulp and hardwood pulp. The effects of the three beating gaps on the properties of softwood and hardwood pulps were analyzed. The results showed that no gap beating is the most efficient. For fiber morphologies, the beating gap had very few effects on softwood pulp, but greatly affected hardwood pulp. The influences of the three beating gaps on hardwood pulp had an order of no gap >0 gap> 0.2 mm gap. For paper physical properties, the beating gap had very few effects on paper made from softwood pulp, but had a great influence on paper made from hardwood pulp. After PFI beating with no gap, hardwood pulp paper had a lower opacity, a higher tightness, and a higher tensile strength.
