基于液体直接冷却的薄片固体激光器研究
Research on the key technology for direct liquid-cooled thin-disk solid-state laser
【摘要】 详细研究了直接液体冷却薄片固体激光器的关键技术,主要包括增益模块内流道结构的设计、薄片增益介质的装夹方式的选择等。从流场的流动状态和流道换热能力的角度出发分析了增益模块内流道结构的设计;对比分析了采用"软装夹"和"硬装夹"对增益介质热应力和增益介质所能承受最大抽运功率的不同影响,计算结果表明,采用"软装夹"增益介质所能承受的抽运功率大约是"硬装夹"的8倍。最终,基于课题组所研制的1 kW量级直接液体冷却薄片固体激光器对其关键技术进行分析总结。
【Abstract】 The key technology of direct-liquid-cooled based disk solid-state laser(direct-liquid-cooled thin-disk solid-state laser) is detailedly studied.It includes the design of the channel structure as well as the clamping method for the gain medium.The design of the channel structure in the gain module is mainly based on the state of the flow field and the heat transfer capacity of the channel.The influences on the thermal stress and the maximum permissible pump power of the gain medium by "soft clamping" and "hard clamping" are compared and analyzed.The calculations show that the pump power with "soft clamping" on gain medium is about 8 times higher than that of "hard clamping".Finally,the key technologies are analyzed and summarized based on the configuration of the 1 kW level direct-liquid-cooled thin-disk solid-state laser developed by our research group.
