基于OBD的汽车前车灯自适应照明系统设计
Design of Adaptive Front Lighting System Based on on-board Diagnostic Interface
【摘要】 针对传统自适应前照灯系统借助于外置传感器实现行车数据采集所存在的传感器繁多、成本较高和安装不便等问题,结合车联网发展趋势,设计了一套基于车载诊断接口(OBD)的汽车前车灯自适应照明系统。该系统主要特点在于能够实现车载总线协议的自适应解析,并通过车载OBD接口读取自适应照明系统所需的车速、方向盘转角等行车信息。同时,样机测试结果表明,前照灯理论转角与实际转角的平均误差小于5%,满足系统功能要求。
【Abstract】 Combined with the development trend of vehicle networking, an adaptive front lighting system(AFS)for automobile based on vehicle on-board diagnostic(OBD) interface is proposed, which can overcome the problems existing in the traditional scheme of vehicle data acquisition by means of external sensors, such as multi-sensors,high cost and installation inconvenience. The main features of the system is that it can realize the adaptive analysis of the vehicle bus protocol, and read the driving information such as the vehicle speed and the steering wheel angle required by the adaptive lighting system through the vehicle OBD interface. Simultaneously, the prototype test results show that the average error between the theoretical corner angle of the headlamp and the actual corner is less than 5%, which meets the system function requirements.
