【摘要】 《广东省水利发展十三五规划》(以下简称《规划》)实施以来,我省扎实推进水利领域各项工作,取得了显著成绩。为及时评价水利发展目标落实情况,更好发挥《规划》的指导作用,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对主要指标实现程度、重大任务推进落实情况、投资完成情况等进行客观评价,在分析实施中存在问题及面临的新形势的基础上,提出指标调整方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the implementation of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Water Conservancy Development, Guangdong has made remarkable achievements in promoting all aspects of water resources work. In order to evaluate the implementation of water resources development goals in Guangdong Province in time and better play the guiding role of planning, this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out the main target indicators, the implementation of major tasks and the completion of investment objectively.
