农林生物类学生化学素养与能力的阶梯式培养和提升

【摘要】 农林生物类专业学生化学素养与能力的提升已成为新时期培养一流农林人才过程中值得重视的问题之一。针对学生多层次发展需求,以构性相关理论和模块化理念为指导,在教学实践中逐步实施中文、双语、全英文等多元化教学,构建理论课3层次能力递升培养体系、实验课5模块3层次内容体系,逐步提升学生综合能力。利用理论教材、学习指导、实验教材3主线固化成果和推广实践,探索学生化学素养和能力的阶梯式培养新机制。后续通过开展能力拓展、学科竞赛等第二课堂活动,推动学生化学素养和能力进一步提升,满足未来社会发展对一流农林人才的高要求。

【Abstract】 Improving the chemical literacy and abilities for agricultural university students is now being one of key tasks during the process of training first-class agricultural talents in the new period.In order to satisfy their differential development needs,being guided with the theory of structure-properties relationship and modularization conception,the three modes of organic chemistry teaching in Chinese,bilingual and English have been gradually implemented,a training system in theoretical course with three-level ability upgrading,and a five-module three-level content system in experimental course were constructed,to improve the comprehensive abilities gradually.This paper explores a new step-by-step mechanism in students′ chemical literacy and ability by editing and publishing the theoretical textbook,the exercise book and the experimental textbook.In the future,launching some activities in second classrooms,such as ability improvement course and academic competitions,promote the students′ chemical literacy and abilities,and meet the higher level requirements of the first-class agricultural talents in the developed society in the future.
