【摘要】 卓越农林人才培养是高等农林教育综合改革的突破口和关键环节,中国农业大学园艺学科是教育部首批"复合应用型"人才培养的试点学科。针对现代园艺产业多层次的人才需求、研究型大学的定位、应用性强的学科特点和学生职业规划的多样性要求,探索适合研究型高校应用型学科本科生人才培养的实践教学模式。研究融通实验教学平台、学科研究平台和校外实践平台"三平台"的优势资源,制订"递进式贯全程"的实践教学方案,通过制度建设、师资优化、教学督导和考核方式改革多种措施,保障教学体系的良好运转和自主优化,强化基本技能、科研技能和实践技能"三技能"的训练,培养具有"扎实专业知识、创新创业思维和综合应用能力"的园艺复合应用型人才。"3+3"实践教学模式,体现了"以学生为本、面向产业、服务社会"的理念,推动了园艺专业本科生的创新能力培养和个性化成才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating outstanding talents of agriculture and forestry is the breakthrough and key point of the comprehensive reform of higher agricultural and forestry education.Horticulture in China Agricultural University is the pilot discipline selected by the ministry of education for the first batch of "interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents" training.In view of the multi-level personnel demand of modern horticulture industry,the identity of research-oriented university,the characteristics of highly application-oriented subject,diversely career plan of students,the practical teaching mode was explored to match the strategy of cultivating undergraduates in application-oriented subjects and research-oriented universities.In this paper,the advantages of resources of "three platforms",experiment-,research-,and off-campus practical platforms were integrated.A practical teaching plan of "progressive and through the entire school years" was developed.The teaching system with good operation and automatic optimization was guaranteed by establishing rules,optimizing the teaching staff,supervising the teaching procedures,and reforming examinations,which intensified the training of "three skills",basic skills,research skills,and practical skills,and fostered the cultivation of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents with solid professional knowledge,creative thinking,and integrated capacity".The practical teaching mode of "3+3" embodies the "student-,industry-,and society-oriented" education concept,which promotes the cultivation of innovative ability and personalized development of undergraduates majoring in horticulture.The aim is to set an example for similar majors in colleges and universities nationwide.更多还原
