【摘要】 以牛津大学和剑桥大学为代表的英国古典大学是世界学院制大学,或称书院制大学的起源和典型代表,其高度自治的学院管理模式、师徒式的导师制人才培养方式以及重传统且自由的学院文化是学院制管理的特色所在。纵观我国内地高校"双一流"背景下的书院制管理工作,可以得出这样的启示:书院制的核心在精英教育而非普罗大众,书院教育的灵魂在导师制,书院的文化精神是书院经久不衰之源泉。更多还原

【Abstract】 the British Classical University,represented by the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge,is the origin and typical of the college system of the world,or of the academy system.Its highly autonomous mode of college management,the training mode of teacher and apprenticeship and the traditional and free college culture are the characteristics of the college system management.In the context of the "double first-class" background of Chinese Mainland Colleges and universities,we can draw the inspiration that the core of the academy system is in the elite education rather than the general public,the soul of the academy education is in the tutorial system,and the cultural spirit of the academy is the lasting source of the Academy.更多还原
