工程教育专业认证中课程质量定性评价方法研究

【摘要】 工程教育专业认证是目前最常见的推进工程教育质量提升的方法,其核心就是通过课程质量评价使学生达到培养体系中的毕业要求。文章重点研究工程教育专业认证中课程质量的定性评价方法,研究并设计了定性评价的调查问卷,利用统计分析工具对课程教学反馈的定性评价进行详细的量化分析。以北京科技大学自动化专业两门课程的调查样本分析为例,利用描述性统计、聚类和主成分分析等方法,通过质量与问题的关联性分析、聚类分析及主成分分析,采用定性为主、定性与定量分析相结合的思路,提取相应课程的质量信息,完成定性分析,并形成分析报告,为进一步提升教学质量提出建设性的意见。

【Abstract】 Engineering education professional certification is currently widely accepted as a method to promote the quality of engineering education.Its core is to support the achievement of graduation requirements in the student’s target system through the evaluation of the quality of the curriculum.The method of qualitative assessment of course quality evaluation in engineering education accreditation is studied in this paper with the questionnaire.A detailed quantitative analysis of qualitative evaluation of curriculum feedback is made by using statistical analysis tools.Taking the analysis of two sample courses of automation major in USTB as examples,descriptive statistics,clustering and principal component analysis are adopted to complete the qualitative analysis of the corresponding course.Based on the qualitative analysis oriented,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis method,so as to do quality information extraction and qualitative analysis of curriculum quality evaluation can be obtained.Meanwhile analysis report can put forward constructive suggestions for further improving the quality of teaching.
