大学教师发展:理念定位与体系构建
Faculty Development:The Concept Orientation and Its System Construction
【摘要】 大学教师发展理念是大学教师发展实践活动和理论研究的灵魂,相关实践的推进与改革应以理念的突破和科学定位为先导。大学教师发展理念体系可以从五个维度定位并系统构建,即促进学生发展是大学教师发展的根本目标任务,"全人"发展是大学教师发展的系统内容框架,主体性发展是大学教师发展的内在原生动力,"以人为本"发展是大学教师发展的基本价值逻辑,自主发展是大学教师发展的基础有效途径。大学教师发展理念体系的构建对匡正当前的理念偏差进而推进相关实践和理论研究的深入开展提供了有益参照。
【Abstract】 The concept about Faculty Development(FD)is the core factor of relative practices and researches.The reform and progress of Faculty Development practices should be based on the concept breakthrough and scientific orientation.The scientific concept system of Faculty Development should be constructed from five dimensions:promoting students’ development is the fundamental goal of FD,the "whole person" development is the system content frame of FD,subjectivity development is the intrinsic driving force of FD,people-oriented development is the basic value logic of FD,and autonomy development is the fundamental and effective way for FD.The concept system above provides the beneficial references for people to rectify current ideological bias and improve their relative practices and researches.
