【摘要】 文章介绍了山东大学化学与化工学院拔尖学生科研能力和培养体系的探索和实践。通过借助学科优势在培养模式、制度方面进行了改革,借鉴国内高校经验对培养方案进行了修订,拓展交叉学科教学内容,尤其是通过实验课程体系改革和利用国内外优质教育资源,化学与化工学院在培养模式、教学方法等方面进行的大胆的探索和实践,形成了具有山大特色的化学专业拔尖人才培养模式和机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the reform and practice of training Top-notch students majoring in chemistry in Shandong University,focusing on their ability in scientific research and innovation.By taking advantages of superior subjects and resources at home and abroad,we reformed the traning mode by expanding more academic disciplines involvement,reformed experiment curriculum and added international exchange.A new mode and mechanism in cultivating Top-notch students of chemistry major with Shandong University’s feature is formed.更多还原
