【摘要】 目的探讨分化抑制因子(ID)基因表达水平对人神经胶质瘤病理分级及患者存活率的影响。方法从肿瘤基因组图谱(TCGA)的脑低分化神经胶质瘤(BLGG)模块收集神经胶质瘤患者共516例,其中男患者285例,女患者231例。确诊为BLGG2级251例、3级265例。应用Illumina Hiseq方法检测ID基因表达水平。结果 BLGG3级患者的ID3基因表达水平明显高于2级患者(P <0.01);在3级患者与2级患者之间,ID1、ID2和ID4基因表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。ID3和ID4基因表达水平低的BLGG患者,其生存率明显高于ID3和ID4基因表达水平高的患者(P值均<0.01);ID1和ID2基因表达水平对BLGG患者的生存率无明显的影响。结论 ID3基因表达水平可能与BLGG患者的病理分级有关。ID3和ID4基因表达水平高的BLGG患者的生存率低于表达水平低的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of gene expression level of inhibitor of difference/DNA blinding factor(ID)on pathologic grade and survival in patients with glioma.Methods The data of 516 cases of glioma(including male 285,female 231)were collected from the brain lower grade glioma(BLGG)station of the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA).Among the patients introduced in this study,251 cases were diagnosed grade tumor Ⅱ,265 cases grade Ⅲ tumor.The expression level of ID gene was tested by Illumina Hiseq method.Results The expression level of ID3 gene in the patients with grade Ⅲ of BLGG was markedly higher than in the patients with grade Ⅱ of BLGG(P<0.01);The differences of expression levels of ID1,1 D2 and ID4 gene were not significant between the patients with grade Ⅲ BLGG and the ones with grade Ⅱ(P>0.05).The survival of glioma patients with lower expression levels of ID3 and ID4 gene was higher than the one of the patients with higher expression levels of ID3 and ID4(P<0.01).The expression levels of ID1 and ID2 gene had no influence on survival of glioma patients.Conclusion The expression level of ID3 gene may be involved in the pathologic grade of patients with BLGG.The survival of BLGG patients with higher expression levels of ID3 and ID4 gene is lower than the one of the patients with lower expression levels of ID3 and ID4 gene.更多还原
