【摘要】 基于文献研究、比较研究与实地调研,本文解读了工业4.0的最新内涵以及在此背景下加快粤港澳大湾区制造业向智能制造转型的重要意义,深入分析了粤港澳大湾区制造企业在转型过程中业已面临的内外部突出问题,在此基础上提出加快粤港澳大湾区智能制造转型的方向、路径等对策建议。本文认为,大力发展智能装备产业与加快关键共性技术突破是当前加快粤港澳大湾区智能制造转型的两大主攻方向,具体路径应走加强行业龙头带动作用与加大技改支持力度,创新完善智能制造领军人才的引进、评价与培养机制以及一线工匠型智能制造人才的培养模式,加快推进粤港澳大湾区各市政产学研商有机协同的智能制造生态系统建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature research, comparative research and field research, this paper interprets the newest connotation of Industry 4.0 and the significance of accelerating the transformation of manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay under this background, deeply analyzes the internal and external prominent problems faced by manufacturing enterprises of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay in the process of transformation, and on this basis, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the transformation of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing in this area. This paper argues that vigorously developing intelligent equipment manufacturing industry and accelerating the breakthrough of key common technologies are the two main directions to speed up the transformation of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay, the specific paths should be to strengthen the driving role of leading enterprises in the industry and increase the support of technological reform and upgrading by government, innovate and improve the mechanisms of introducing, evaluating and training of the leading talents of intelligent manufacturing and the first-line craftsmen, and accelerate the pace at which the government, industry, university, research institute and commerce can work together to build the intelligent manufacturing ecosystem in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay.更多还原
