【Abstract】 In the artificial intelligence era,smart devices will have a huge impact on the employment of migrant workers.If migrant workers cannot adapt to the professional background requirements of occupational practitioners in the artificial intelligence environment,they will face the dilemma of being replaced by smart devices.How to make migrant workers meet the professional needs of enterprises in the era of artificial intelligence is an urgent problem to be solved by vocational education for migrant workers.Based on the data analysis,this paper discusses the demand and countermeasures of vocational and professional education and training for migrant workers in the era of artificial intelligence,so as to help the future employment of migrant workers.更多还原
