炼油厂预处理废水的Fenton氧化技术研究
Study on Fenton Oxidation Technology of Pretreatment Wastewater in the Refinery
【摘要】 采用Fenton氧化法对含油废水进行了深度处理,探讨了H2O2浓度、氧化剂与催化剂比例及催化剂改进等因素对废水中COD、BOD5去除率的影响,结果表明:(1)随着H2O2浓度增加,含油废水中COD和BOD5的去除率均呈现出先增加后逐渐下降或稳定的趋势,在浓度为40mmol/L时达到最大值;(2)随着氧化剂︰催化剂比例的增加,COD的去除率随之逐渐下降;(3)在H2O2浓度为60 mmol/L、H2O2︰Fe3+为10︰1、pH值为3的正交实验条件下,其平均去除率最高,达到了73.48%,该结论可为含油废水深度处理提供实验依据。
【Abstract】 The Fenton oxidation method was used for advanced treat the oily wastewater. The effects of H2 O2 concentration, the ratio of oxidant and catalyst and improved catalyst on the removal efficiencies of COD and BOD5 in wastewater were investigated. The results showed that:(1) the removal efficiencies of COD and BOD5 in the wastewater were tendencies of first increase and then gradually decrease or stabilize with the increase of H2 O2 concentration and reached a maxi-mum at a concentration of 40 mmol/L,(2) with the increase of the ratio of oxidant and catalyst, the removal efficiency of COD was decreased gradually,(3) under the orthogonal experimental conditions of H2 O2 concentration of 60 mmol/L and H2 O2:Fe3+ of 10:1 and pH value of 3, the average removal efficiency was the highest and reached to 73.48 percent. This conclusion can provide for experimental basis in the advanced treatment of oily wastewater.
