生物技术专业教学——科研一体化综合实验室教学管理体系构建

【摘要】 传统本科实验教学由于实验条件的限制以及实验教学内容和实验教学方法缺乏引导性,不能激发和引领学生自主探索和创新意识的培养。本文以本校生物技术专业实验教学的发展为例,结合实际,分析所存在的主要问题及提出建立教学—科研一体化综合实验室教学管理体系,将科研实验室的科研项目成果浓缩提炼,设计成适合本科实验教学的实验项目纳入到本科实验教学中,以科研带动教学,引导本专业学生了解本专业最新发展动态,激发潜能,从而有效提高学生的实践能力和创新精神。

【Abstract】 Due to the limitations of experimental conditions and the lack of guidance of experimental teaching contents and methods, traditional undergraduate experimental teaching can’t stimulate and lead the cultivation of students’ independent exploration and innovation consciousness. Taking the development of experimental teaching of biotechnology in our school as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in practice and proposes to establish a teaching and scientific research integration comprehensive laboratory teaching management system, and concentrates and refines the research results of scientific research laboratories. The experimental projects suitable for undergraduate experimental teaching is included in the undergraduate experimental teaching, and the teaching is driven by scientific research to guide the students to understand the latest development of the major and stimulate their potential, thus effectively improving students’ practical ability and spirit of innovation.
